Executive Committee
Exercises the authority of the Board in the management of the Corporation
Finance Committee
Oversees financial procedures and controls. Evaluates budgets and reviews financial statements and assesses risk management practices
Audit Subcommittee
The audit committee is responsible for advising on accounting policies and procedures. They are also responsible for the implementation and follow-up of auditors management letters and internal auditors findings. This committee holds planning meetings and executive sessions with the auditors. A majority of the members are Certified Public Accountants in the State of Florida.
Procedures Committee
Responsible for ensuring that the Board operates according to its by-laws and evaluates personnel policies
Legislative Affairs Committee
Oversees government relations strategy and legislation.
Marketing & Public Relations Committee
Oversees marketing and public relations strategy
System of Care / Quality Assurance Committee
Designs, reviews and evaluates the performance of the service delivery system
Independent Living Subcommittee
