How are we doing?
HOW ARE WE DOING?
Our Kids manages the system of foster care and related services for Miami and Monroe County’s abused, abandoned and neglected children.   As a regional community based care lead agency Our Kids is responsible and accountable for 3,500 children in foster care. Our Kids coordinates a network of child welfare services that provide case management, adoption, diversion, family preservation, family strengthening, foster homes, and group and residential care.  Our Kids manages this comprehensive system of care through partnerships, subcontracts, and service agreements.

Our Kids is proud of our culture of continuous improvement to ensure services are being provided at a level that meets best practice and Council on Accreditation (COA) standards and promotes positive outcomes for the children and families under our care and supervision.  We understand that the involvement of staff and community stakeholders on the COA Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) process is vital to our success.

We want to hear from you.  How are we doing?  Are we responsive, transparent and accountable?  Please take a moment to complete one of the surveys we have on this page and let us know how you feel.
